Tween & Teen Yoga

10 week series specially designed for tweens & teens ages 11/12 - 15

Being a mother myself, of two beautiful young adults, now 17& 21 years old, I can see how Yoga has supported so many of their good life choices. It has always been apart of their lives and has made a big difference in how they witness things. These group yoga lessons will help your child become calm, one-pointed, self-confident and much healthy. It is a valuable tool in one's pocket to rely on for the rest of their lives. This course will begin a great journey into your child’s life. Yoga helps bring out natural flexibility, teaches poise and grace, good communication with others and a strong sense of the true self.

In this special 75 minute Tween & Teen Yoga group class, each Wednesday 5:00 PM - 6:15 PM Your child will de-stress and with kids their own age, in an "Open to all levels" class co-ed ages from 11/12 - 15. Class will incorporate asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, and spiritual principles to empower tweens and teenagers to become more self-aware and confident. Students gain a sense of well-being while developing both physical and emotional strength and flexibility.
