Mission

My mission is to help heal people.

On a Emotional, Physical, & Mental level. Teaching them we are not these bodies; we are not these minds. We are divine beings, here on a spritual journey, housed in a physical body. I share this awakening and understanding with YogaBliss classes, Workshops, with my Touch, Inspirational words, stories, sharing my personal experiences and my energy field while tapped into Divine spirit.   I truly, honor the "spark of Divine spirit" in other's, which is also in me. I help students connect to the divine energy inside them, that is their lifeforce energy. It's always there, and will never die, (unlike the body, that will someday).  It is through yogabliss, I give a litte help finding the "ON SWITCH" for those in the fog of life. That is my mission, to help put your hand onto the  "ON SWITCH" and flip OFF the collasible old tapes, of un-healthy, bad habits switch.   Finding yogabliss is finding your Peace with-IN. By coming to our yoga practice with a joyous heart, you set the intention for your practice - planting the positive seeds needed to grow to a higher vibration. The higher vibration then allows each breath to flow and is the key to unlock the cage to freedom in your asana practice. As the asanas feel sweeter, you then begin freeing your body. You breathe easily and effortlessly. Now the magic of the practice begins. The monkey mind becomes still, quiet, and clear; so quiet that the intuitive voice can be heard. All the answers are clear and finding your way to the next step up the mountain is easier, sweeter, and more joyous than any other journey forward. You have found your "Yoga Bliss." One with all universal energy!

Shiva: Shiva is the Hindu/Vedic Destroyer of the Universe.

Vedic legend has it that whenever the Asuras (Demons) come to dominate the Universe, Shiva is reincarnated to destroy that evil Universe. Shiva has many names. Mahadev, the Supreme God, Natraja, the Lord of the Dance, Ishwara, the Controller of the Universe. Shiva is also known for coming to the aid of those who practice Yoga and Meditation. His touch is enough to create enlightenment in even the most undeveloped soul. Shiva lives on Mount Kailash, an ice capped peak in the Himalayas. His invocation (Mantra) is: Om Nameh Shiva

Remember, God has many names, and forms. A diety is similar to saints that are depicted in other faiths. We say prays on one (like Arch Angel Michael & Rapheal)  for blessings. But we know the prayers are a whisper into GOD's ear.

Take all and every blessing you are offered from a Monk,  Pastor, Rev., Rabbi, Father, Nun, & Pope. It is all coming from GOD.

The oneness of existence, The divinity of the soul, and. The harmony of all religions.

Vedanta is the pursuit of knowledge into the Brahman and the Ātman. The Upaniṣads, the Bhagavadgītā, and the Brahma Sūtras constitute the basis of Vedanta (known as the three canonical sources). Scripture (Sruti Śabda) is the main reliable source of knowledge (pramana).

Vedanta believes in one omnipotent, all pervading, supreme essence in the universe which is called Brahman. Vedanta believes two levels of reality – Absolute and Relative. In Absolute what is Brahman in Relative level that same Absolute is God.

Four Pillar of Vedanta:

Fundamental Principles of Vedanta

(1) IMPERSONALITY AND UNIVERSALITY OF SUPREME TRUTH. BRAHMAN. ...

(2) DIVINITY OF THE SOUL. ...

(3) UNITY OF EXISTENCE. ...

(4) HARMONY OF RELIGIONS. ...

(5) IMMANENCE AND TRANSCENDENCE OF GOD.
