November 1, Honor the journey
The process of consciousness is ongoing. It is a lifelong journey. It's not simply a matter of reading a book or saying a few affirmations, or using a certain process and your life is going to be all fixed. That's what many teachers promise. It sets up an unrealistic expectation. Especially on the emotional level, deep healing takes a certain number of years of focused work. Amazingly fast change can happen almost miraculously from any of these tools: creative visualization, learning to trust and follow your intuition, using voice dialogue. At the same time, it's an in-depth process. We go layer by layer, and we just keep learning, integrating, and opening more and more. There is no point at which it simply stops. There is not point at which we are "done".
I respect the path I'm on I honor the lifelong journey of consciousness.

This Divine Complete Practices is recommended for everyone through advanced practitioners. Each wonderful session begins with devotional Kirtan, Japa Mantra Meditation with Tibetan Mala Beads (for sale at the Shala if needed), Pranayama and Sound Vibration for Psychic development. Students will be shown how to establish proper placement, alignment and the spiritual intention of each pose. With a in-depth, long Dharma Yoga Shiva Namaskara Vinyasa practice. Also Included is a joyous Asana Satsang Jam of Acroyoga. Personal attention and helpful hints are given throughout the session as well as direction toward the real true goal of Yoga. Each session will end with a deep healing relaxation in Yoga Nidra. Pre-registration/payment is required for this once a month special workshop to guarantee your spot. For your convenience you can now prepay using Paypal. Held every third Sunday monthly 1:30-4:30 PM.
