The Dharma I Basics course is a once-a-week program, working with the same Dharma Yoga teacher for six weeks. The emphasis is on learning the Level I Posture series, where students will be led and helped according to their needs and abilities. You will also learn important breathing exercises, which are key to restoring vitality and a balanced functioning of the inner workings of the body and mind. All sessions will end with a guided deep relaxation to recharge and renew.

Dharma Yoga “Life of a Yogi” Sadhaka, Bonnie Ringer, CYT, owner of Bonnie’s Yoga Shala in Nanuet, New York, has practiced for 25 years and taught for 12. She has studied with many renowned teachers including Dharma Mittra, recently she went to Kripalu for the 15 day immersion to become a RDMYT and is in the internship stage of Sri Dharma Mittra’s 200 Hour Teacher Training Program.
