Doing yoga with my kids was the most fun ever! I remember how much my children enjoyed doing yoga as little ones! (Now, 18 & 22 years old)
This course will begin a great journey in a child’s life. Yoga helps bring out natural flexibility, teaches poise and grace, good communication with others and a strong sense of self. Postures will be taught through the use of card games, stories, chants and self-expression, as well as in a classical manner. Personable one on one attention is given to your child by loving mother instructor. The lessons will help children become calm, one-pointed, self-confident and keep them healthy during the fall season. When Yoga is introduced at a young age, one will have the flexibility gained for a lifetime. It is a valuable tool in one's pocket to rely on for the rest of their lives. (Must have 5 students to run this amazing fun class. Bring some friends with you! Class meets once a week for 10 weeks.
