Beginner Yoga

10 week series specially designed for beginners

75 minute Beginner's yoga class. Each student is given the extra attention and instruction you need to learn the basic yoga principles and asanas (poses). This introduction to Yoga will teach you correct alignment, breathing techniques, and meditation; giving greater understanding of the practice. Yoga has been shown to produce measurable physiological changes in the mind and body. It promotes a sense of well-being relaxation, reduces stress, and anxiety. You will improve your flexibility as you strengthen, tone, and revitalize your body. Perfect for new students and those who want to reaquaint themselves with the basics. This practice is for those looking for a slower pace, guided visualization/imagery, and breathing exercises to calm the mind.
